Anatomy and Physiology has always been a passion of mine. I graduated from The University of Nottingham in 2013 with a First Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy. I started working full-time at Bridgnorth Hospital in Sepetmber 2013 in a split post between musculoskeletal disorders and elderly rehabilitation. Whilst I loved (and continue to love) treating people, my interest of the anatomy and the physiology of animals was growing. I secured my place at Hartpury College in September 2014 to commence my ACPAT approved Post Graduate Diploma in Veterinary Physiotherapy. I completed this whilst working full-time in the NHS and qualified in June 2016.

I now work part-time as a Senior Physiotherapist at Market Drayton Medical Practice specialising in musculoskeletal complaints and womens' health conditions. I have a Physiotherapy Clinic at my house (Ellerdine Heath) where I treat a variety of conditions with a range of treatment techniques (see Human Physiotherapy tab). I offer joint Horse and Rider physiotherapy assessments and treatments at the Physiotherapy Clinic and in our floodlit outdoor menage (see Horse and Rider tab). Individual Equine physiotherapy assessments and treatments are also available at the Physiotherapy Clinic, however I will travel to your house/yard to suit you.

I am a keen cyclist and Triathlete and competed in Dusseldorf for the GB age-group team in the sprint distance European Championships. I also completed Barcelona Ironman in 2019 and then challenged myself to cycling from Lands End to John O Groats over 9 days with a friend averaging over 100 miles per day which was great fun!

Whilst I don't have a horse any more, I have ridden since I was a young child and grew up competing for the Pony Club and Riding Club. Eventing was my pain passion however due to time constraints I no longer ride but hope to start again one day.

Most of my spare time is now taken up with looking after my little baby, Charlie, who was born in December 2022. My husband and I love going out walking with the dogs and Charlie.
